  Usually yes. Most properties require our General Cleaning service first, before moving onto other services.

• How many cleaners will come over?

  It depends on the job, as each service has different needs. For example, our Maid Service usually involves 2 cleaners, while something like a General Cleaning would require more.

• Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment?

  No, our cleaners are fully equipped.

• Are you insured?

  Yes.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash, cheques, and Interac e-Transfer®

• Do you charge HST?

  Yes, we are required to charge HST.

• Do you have minimum charge?

  Yes. The minimum for our Maid Service is 4 hours for 1 cleaner, and the minimum for our General Cleaning and Renovation services are 4 hours for two cleaners.

• How often should I have the inside of my fridge cleaned?

  It depends, but typically an average-sized fridge should be fully cleaned at least once every 3 months.
